As a new patient, what should I expect during my first visit?

Our goal is to make sure you have a gentle, comfortable and courteous experience. Many of our patients come to us feeling awkward, self-conscious, or discouraged about their oral health and smiles. With our training and experience there’s no such thing as a hopeless mouth and smile.

After talking to you, we will address your immediate concerns and needs. If you are in pain or discomfort, our first course of action will be to focus on making you comfortable. All new patients receive a comprehensive and thorough examination. This evaluation can include necessary radiographs, study models, and photographs. After the exam is complete, a customized treatment plan will be provided and we will assist you in making informed decisions about your dental health. To the Top

Will you accept my insurance?

We are committed to provide our patients with the highest level of quality services. Due to the complex nature of most dental procedures and the cost of high quality dental materials, it is prohibitive for Dr. Mazza to participate in most insurance networks. Most of our patients choose an insurance plan which allows the freedom to seek treatment with out-of-network doctors. Your insurance benefits are very important to us and we will make every effort to assist you with filing your claims. All insurance claims are submitted electronically. If necessary, radiographs, supporting documents, and a written narrative by Dr. Mazza will be included to obtain maximum insurance reimbursementTo the Top
